This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between The Ritual LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), and the individual identified below (the "Affiliate").

1. Relationship

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, agent or franchisee of the Company. The Affiliate has no authority to bind the Company. No fee or purchase is required to participate, and the Affiliate is responsible for the Affiliate's own expenses.

2. Products

This Agreement covers X10D™ Men's Vitality, VELVET™ Women's Intimate Wellness and the Better Together set, sold through theritualafterdark.com. Each product is a dietary supplement. Current prices are published on the website and may change. The Company sets all retail prices and fulfills all orders. The Affiliate does not purchase, hold or ship inventory.

3. Commissions

The Affiliate earns a commission per bottle sold to customers through the Affiliate's personal link or code. The amount is set by the Affiliate's team leader, may be changed for future sales, and is visible to the Affiliate only where the team leader so chooses. Commissions are earned only on completed customer sales and are never paid for recruiting or enrolling any person. Each person's total commission structure remains within the program limit established by the Company.

4. Payment and Refunds

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 15th day of the following month by the Company or the Affiliate's team leader. If a customer receives a refund, the commission on each refunded bottle is reversed. A reversal concerning a commission already paid is deducted from the next payout, and any negative balance carries forward.

5. Taxes

The Affiliate is solely responsible for all taxes on commissions and shall provide a completed Form W-9 or other tax information upon request. Payment may be withheld until such information is received.

6. Product Statements

The Affiliate shall use only the product descriptions published by the Company. The Affiliate shall not state or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition, shall not promise any result, and shall not offer medical advice. Each person should be directed to consult a physician with any health question. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

7. Honest Marketing

The Affiliate shall clearly disclose the Affiliate's connection to the Company when promoting any product, as the Federal Trade Commission requires. The Affiliate shall not publish false reviews or testimonials, shall make no promise of earnings, and shall not send email or text messages without the permission that applicable law requires. Marketing must remain in good taste and must not contain sexually explicit material.

8. Brand and Marketplaces

The Company retains all rights to its names, marks, images and content. The Affiliate may use only approved materials, and may not list products on any third-party marketplace, purchase advertising on the Company's names, or represent the Affiliate as the Company.

9. Confidentiality

Commission rates, customer information and business information are confidential. The Affiliate shall not use or share customer information except as this Agreement permits.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time by written notice. The Company may suspend or end participation immediately for a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Affiliate's link and login cease to function, and commissions earned on valid sales before termination remain payable, less any reversals.

11. General Terms

The Company provides the program as offered and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. The Company may update this Agreement with notice, and continued participation constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and is the entire agreement concerning its subject matter.
