The Ritual LLC operates The Ritual After Dark. This Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

  • Orders: name, email, telephone number, shipping address and purchase history.
  • Payment: card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Questionnaires: your first name, email, optional telephone number and selected preferences. Your answers to the safety questions are used only to shape your result on the page and are not saved.
  • Accounts: the email used to sign in, membership status and return requests.
  • Affiliate activity: the affiliate link through which you arrived, so that a purchase may be credited.
  • Browser storage: your cart, sign-in session and affiliate link are kept in your browser so the site functions properly.

How We Use Information

We use your information to fulfill orders, provide tracking and customer care, process returns and refunds, maintain your account and membership, credit affiliates, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, with your permission, send marketing messages.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, SendGrid for email, Twilio for text messages, Shippo and the postal carrier for shipping, and Netlify for website hosting. We may also disclose information when required by law. Affiliates may see that a sale occurred, but they do not receive your address or contact details.

Text Messages

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order text messages from The Ritual at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, please write to info@theperfectritual.com. We may retain records as required for tax, legal and fraud prevention purposes.

Security and Children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, although no system is entirely secure. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
