Refund Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

We ask that you request any return within 30 days of delivery from My Account.

What You Will Receive

• Unopened items: a full refund of the price paid for the item.
• Opened items: a refund of the price paid, less a 25% restocking fee.
• Damaged or incorrect items: a full refund of the price paid for the item.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return shipping, except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the cost.

How to Request a Return

1. Sign in to My Account with the email used at checkout.
2. Select Request a Return on your order, then choose the condition of the item and provide a reason.
3. Once your request is reviewed, we will email your return instructions.

Your Refund

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. A Preferred Member discount is reflected in the price paid, and refunds are calculated on that amount.
