These Terms govern your use of theritualafterdark.com and your purchases from The Ritual After Dark, operated by The Ritual LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.

Products and Health Information

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site, including the questionnaires and our automated assistant, Rose, constitutes medical advice. Please consult your physician before using any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, and review every caution on the product page and label.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If a concern arises with an order, please contact us at info@theperfectritual.com so that we may resolve it promptly.

Accounts and Membership

You are responsible for the security of your email account and any sign-in link sent to it. Preferred Membership is governed by our Membership Terms.
